Product must be returned prepaid by you the consumer and in resalable condition. Contact Customer Service at 541-306-4450 or via email at customerservice@efusjon.com or login to your back office and click on Customer Service Center to send us an email and receive a Return Authorization number. Products returned without a Return Authorization number will not be processed or refunded.

Customer Service hours of operation are between 8:00am and 6:00pm PST Monday through Friday, and between 9:00am and 3:00pm PST on Saturday.

Customer Service is closed on Sundays and all United States legal holidays.
