Who can answer compensation plan questions I may have?

Do I need to have each level full under me to get paid on each level?
No. If you are qualified to earn commissions on those levels you will be paid those commissions even if they are not full. Example: I may have Associates scattered throughout 15 levels under me. If I have met the requirements to get paid on my 15 levels, I will get paid for the individuals on all of my 15 levels regardless of those levels being filled.

What days are commissions paid?
If you receive your commission by printed check, we will process and mail your check on the 10th of every month. If you receive your commission through Direct Deposit, we will deposit your commission between the 9th and 11th of each month.
All Members and Associates get paid by check sent through standard U.S. mail or by direct deposit.

What if I'm an Associate and I fail to place a minimum $120.00 product order for two consecutive months?
You will lose your position in the compensation plan and will become a Member. To become an Associate again, you must place a minimum product order for $120.00. Once this takes place, you are placed back into the compensation plan under your original sponsor in the nearest available position. Your previous position will no longer be available, nor will your previous downline or personally enrolled Associates.

Do I need to sponsor a person on each level to get paid for each level?
It does not matter where your enrollees end up. Example: If you enroll three Associates, and those Associates end up on your levels 1-15, you still get paid (based on your current efusjon rank) for the individuals on all 15 levels under you.

When can Autoship orders be scheduled?
Autoship orders can be scheduled during the 1st - 25th of each month. Manual orders can be placed during any day of the month.

Can I advertise my business using conventional methods like TV, radio, newspaper, etc.?
No. This is a relationship-based business, and efusjon thrives on word of mouth. Conventional methods cannot always be duplicated.

Can the compensation plan ever be adjusted?
Yes. All materials and company information will be updated before changes officially take place.

Can I cancel my membership with efusjon at any time?
Yes. Submit a letter requesting your cancellation to efusjon Customer Service.

What happens if I am responsible for a credit card chargeback?
Your participation with efusjon will be terminated.

How do I report my income to the government each year?
efusjon will send you a 1099 to report your income.

When does my product ship?
Your product will ship after your method of payment has cleared.
